Refresh RemoteApps Connection
One note on getting in initially: I’m not sure how long it takes for our remote apps to republish/refresh so that we are seeing J1 instead of EX. It may already be established on your computer. I refreshed mine manually - I found I was able to force this to happen as follows:
Go to Control Panel, and search ‘remote’ as seen below. Then click on ‘RemoteApp and Desktop Connections’ as highlighted….

…it will bring up the following screen where you’d click on ‘view details’:

And then click the ‘update now’ button:

That will refresh your remote apps so that when you start typing in ‘Jenzabar’, you’ll get a link to J1 remote as seen below:
