Include Page
The Include Page macro is a powerful tool as it allow you include information from another page or space without having to retype or copy the information. This will also be display as normal content on your page. To utilize the Include Page macro: Navigate to the page you would like to display the content and select Edit From the editing menu, select Insert More Content Select Other macro from the provided list Search for Include Page in the provided search field Select the Include Page Macro Provide the page you would like to display. Keep in mind if you are pulling content from another space you will have to provide the specific space path to the page. Select insert when complete. The Macro will be place where you cursor is Use Preview to check the Macro output and you layout Press Update when you are satisfied with the changes.

PDF
The PDF macro will allow you to display the contents of a PDF as and interactive slide show on the page. This will appears a box on screen that users will be able to advance through the pages of the PDF without leaving the page or opening a new program. Before moving forward with this macro, you will have to already inserted or attached the PDF document to the page. Navigate to the page you would like to edit and Select Edit From the editing menu, select the Insert More Content option Select other Macro from the list. Search for PDF and select the PDF macro The Insert PDF Macro options will be display: Page Name refere to the page on which the PDF will be displayed. The current page is default File Name will allow you select the pdf to display. Multiple attached pdfs will be display for your selection. Select Insert when you have made you selections. The macro will be placed where your cursor is. Select Preview to confirm layout, positioning, and functionality. Select Update when you are satisfied with the changes. Important Note: When this macro is printed or exported, the slideshow will not show or print out the contents of the PDF. Instead, it will display a place holder for the PDF slideshow.

Scroll PDF Exporter Ignore
Scroll PDF Exporter Ignore is a Confluence Macro that is designed to display text on the web version of confluence only. Any text included in the macro will be ignored if the page is exported as a PDF or printed out. To user the Scroll PDF Exporter: Navigate to the page you will be editing and select edit Move your cursor to the top of the page From the Editing Menu, select the Insert More Content option Select the other Macro Option from the provided list. In the search field enter, "Scroll PDF Exporter Ignore" and Select it and Press Insert. The Macro will be Added to your Page In the Macro Field: Change the Font type to Heading 1 Align the Text in the Center Type the Title of the page Once you have made your edits, utilize Preview to verify layout, style and changes Click Update once you are satisfied with the changes. Important Note: This process should be complete for all pages of the Trustee Notebook. It will ensure that the printing of entire notebook will preserve the required formatting, spacing and heading names.
