Booklet Printing via PaperCut
Open your file via Word Select the file from the menu and then choose print from print options, choose printer properties change the paper size to legal (8.5x14) output size to legal (8.5x14) ensure that portrait mode is the selected orientation option then select booklet as a printing option choose booklet preferences ensure the left edge is selected also, ensure that the booklet printing process is set to "with application settings" set saddle stitch settings fold and saddle within Word print settings flip on both sides - short side staple bookbinding paper size to legal ***article is pending screenshots***

PaperCut: Register Your ID Badge
Follow these steps to register your PTS ID Badge to PaperCut to allow Tap-to-Login. Tap your ID Badge on the card reader. You'll be presented the following screen indicating your card is not registered. Sign in with your login credentials, username is FirstName.LastName and your password, and click 'Log In'. Upon a successful login you get an acknowledgement screen, all you have to do is click 'Ok' and it takes you back to the login screen where you can now tap your ID Badge on the reader to login.

PaperCut: Retrieve Print Jobs
Follow these steps to learn how to retrieve your 'Follow You', 'Web Print', & 'Email Print' print jobs from any PaperCut enabled printer! From any PaperCut enabled printer, login with either your ID Badge (Click here to learn how to register your ID Badge) or entering your username and password Once signed in, you'll see the following screen, alerting you that you have pending print jobs. Tap 'Print Release' The following screen will list all of your pending jobs. You can select multiple jobs to either print or delete. And that's that! Once you make a choice, it will either delete or print, removing the job from your queue. If you want to change print options, you can either do so for all print jobs by checking them off, then at the bottom of the screen checking off Print as grayscale or Print as 2-sided. If you want to adjust it for an individual print job, tap the arrow into the print job, then you have the options for the individual job.

PaperCut: Web Printing
Follow these steps to submit a print job via the Web Printing portal Navigate to the PaperCut login at https://webprinting.ptsem.edu Select Web Print at the bottom of the list on the left side, then select 'Submit a Job' For Students and Visiting Scholars: The next screen you will see is to choose if you would like to print in Color ($0.75/page) or Black & White ($0.07) If you need to charge a Departmental Print Code, you can make that option here, then continue to 'Upload Documents' Select the documents you wish to print, then click 'Upload & Complete.' Currently Web Print supports Excel, Word, Powerpoint, PDF & Picture file formats. When the upload completes, it'll bring you back to the initial Web Print page, showing you a list of your documents in the queue.

PaperCut: Charging a Departmental Billing Code
If you need to charge a print job to a department instead of your personal account, when you print you will have a prompt to do so. If you are using the WebPrint interface, it is selected on the 'Options' page. If you need to make the selection at time of print release, it's in the options before confirming the release. Select the arrow to go into options for the print job. Select the edit button next to 'Acount' Select the account you wish to bill Select 'Print' to release the job.

PaperCut: Scan
This page outlines the different options for scanning within PaperCut. Login into the printer and select 'Scan' Choose which account you want to bill (If Applicable) Then choose the location you want to scan to One Drive: Follow these steps to authorize PaperCut to scan to your OneDrive. PaperCut will create and utilize the following path for scans: \OneDrive - Princeton Theological Seminary\Apps\Scans for PaperCut MF\ You will also receive an email confirmation each time a scan is successfully sent, and it will contain a link to view the scan. Change the name of the document and adjust any settings you wish to, then tap 'Start' Once your scan completes, click 'Finish' Be sure to log out of the printer before leaving The first time you complete a Scan to OneDrive, you'll receive an Authorization Request email. All you have to do is click the 'Login to OneDrive' link in the email and sign in to authorize PaperCut to access your OneDrive. You can sign into the user interface on the copiers three different ways, either with your username and password, ID number, or by tapping your badge to the card reader. ID Badge: Follow these steps to register your PTS ID Badge to PaperCut to allow Tap-to-Login. Tap your ID Badge on the card reader. You'll be presented the following screen indicating your card is not registered. Sign in with your login credentials, username is FirstName.LastName and your password, and click 'Log In'. Upon a successful login you get an acknowledgement screen, all you have to do is click 'Ok' and it takes you back to the login screen where you can now tap your ID Badge on the reader to login. Username & Password: Login with your Seminary account (firstname.lastname) and your password. ID Number: Login with your 9-digit ID number found on your Seminary badge, including any preceding zeros; for example if your ID is 123456, login with 000123456, or if your ID is 12345, login with 000012345
